Stopped at terminal B Dunkin Donuts first thing in the morning before my 6:20 am flight to Orlando. It was about 4:40 am. After I had been awake for 24 hrs the rude girl behind the counter said I 'm not opening until 5 o 'clock even though I was standing back actually just trying to decide what to get. The line started to form. Then the rude girl walked by the line taunting I 'm not opening until 5 . Ok so I 'm 3rd in line. I finally get waited on and after this girl stated to co-workers that all coffees and beverages were ready, I order a caremel cappuccino and a regular coffee with cream and sugar. At 10:10am, the donut is really dry. Our drinks are horrible…. Customer service is …. What customer service. The ladies look like they are ready to fight for some reason. Dunkin try being a customer of your store. The people you are paying to work for you should all be fired. If you can't find good staff become staff or close the store. The lack of professionalsm and poor customer requires a full makeover. Airport Administrator you should not let this store operate at the airport. Dunkin needs to go!
If I could give zero for this I would. Absolute worst service I have ever received. Waited for 10 minutes for her to call #55 and when I asked she lied to my face and said she called it and someone took it but I was literally 10ft from them the whole time. Stay away!!! The staff at this restaurant were very impolite and lacking professionalism. It was clear they were not in the best frame of mind at 6am. Additionally, they were unable to accept payment in cash or credit, which was not communicated until customers arrived after waiting in line for 30 minutes.
I believe this is the only Dunkin' Donuts in the airport. There were no other locations for DD available. It is a small store with limited options for donuts and Baskin-Robbins ice cream, not as many as those outside the airport.
Understaffed. People paid and had to leave before getting their orders to avoid missing their flights. Rip off

Asked for a hot coffee with caramel and skim. Took 10 mins to give me a burnt coffee with no flavor.
The donuts were tough. I'm beginning to believe that every Dunkin' Donuts in Maryland is the same.
