Every single time I com here. It?s absolutely horrible. I get the most simplest drink. This doesn?t even look good. And why is it everytime I get a coffee it looks like a pint a Guinness. Coffee shouldn?t have foam on the top unless ask for cold foam.Theyalways find a way to screw it up. There coffee is always freaking burnt. The girls and the guys that?s work there are always sorude. And every time I ask for Splenda in coffee they never put it in. If I ask for a lemon on my ice tea they never put it in.It?s horrible. They used to be so good. I usually avoid reviewing fast food chains, but the service at this restaurant was exceptionally poor. The staff have been consistently rude during my visits. I made the mistake of going three times, and each time my wraps were overcooked, bubbled up, and burnt. To make matters worse, they were never even warm. The burnt cheese in a bubbled tortilla was very unappetizing. As for the rude behavior, they did not inform me at the order box if they were out of certain items. Instead, they rushed me along and only mentioned they were out of the syrup I ordered when I reached the window. There were no apologies or thank yous after I received my items, just a blunt question about which syrup I want...
I wish I could give this place a zero. I come to this situation every weekend and I always order on the way and go in. every time I get to this place, I have to wait for one of the five to six people behind the counter to say something. in the meantime some of them behind the counter that looked at you as if you did something wrong. btw my food was just put on the counter when I came in. the last time I was there, I heard that the manager of one of the girls said they had to put it on the rule they have inside. Why can't they hire people who can really listen. this place is closer to where I live and I don't think I'll come back to this place.
I wish I could give this location a zero rating. I visit this restaurant every weekend and always order takeout. However, every time I come here, I have to wait for one of the 5-6 staff behind the counter to acknowledge me. Some of them even give me unfriendly looks. To make matters worse, my food was just left on the counter when I arrived. During my last visit, I overheard the manager instructing a staff member to place orders for inside pickup on the designated rack inside. The customer service at this Dunkin' location is absolutely terrible. It is managed by a group of teenagers who seem to lack basic manners. They will often forget orders or try to pass off caffeine as requested items. There is a lack of apologies and professionalism. I would recommend going to the Dunkin' location in Evergreen Park instead, as it is much better.
I ORDERED AVOCADO AND ROASTED TOMATO TOAST! THE LADY GAVE ME HUMMUS AND ROASTED TOMATO INSTEAD. I TOLD HER I ORDERED WITH THE AVOCADO AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES DIDN?T EVEN APOLOGIZE ABOUT THE WRONG ORDER. TOLD ME TO PULL UP FRONT. THEY SCRAPED THE HUMMUSPUT AVOCADO AND GAVE IT TO ME COLD!!!! SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH DD!!!!
The service at this restaurant was terrible. They never answered the phone, even though it rang for a long time. There were children running around, making it unsafe to leave the phone ringing unattended. It seemed like the staff were present but not paying attention to customer needs.
