The uninformed drive-thru employee attempted to charge me extra for cold foam after I ordered a cold brew coffee with cold foam. When I pointed out the mistake, she responded rudely, saying she doesn't set the prices. Despite explaining that I order this coffee regularly, she continued to display a bad attitude, asking if my order was correct on the screen. The total price for a medium cold brew coffee came to nearly $8. After expressing my frustration with her demeanor, I left and went to the next Dunkin' location nearby. It's disappointing that employees like her, who may be paid $15 an hour, lack basic customer service skills and struggle to ring up orders accurately. It seemed as though...
