Although I encountered some issues during the checkout process, I must commend the quality and service at this restaurant. I chose a bagel with cream cheese, which was toasted to perfection. Unlike many places where afternoon bagels can be stale, this one was exceptionally fresh. While I find Dunkin's cream cheese somewhat bland, it complemented the bagel reasonably well. The service at this Dunkin' location is extremely poor. Both the employees and management behave unprofessionally, frequently yelling at customers to hurry up or complaining about order errors. The cleanliness is surprisingly lacking, so I would be cautious about ordering any hot food here. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority—they seem focused only on making quick money. On top of that, they charge extra for several items and refuse to provide receipts. I strongly advise anyone visiting to insist on getting a receipt. If possible, I would give zero stars. This place is very disappointing, and I hope more people speak up so that consequences follow.
I was utterly disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. We've ordered online multiple times, only to arrive and find that our orders are not ready. It's frustrating to stand around and wait for someone to acknowledge us. Today, my wife stopped by to pick up an online order on her way to work, but, once again, it wasn't ready. When she finally got to work and opened the bag, she discovered that her English muffin was not toasted, although they did remember to put butter on it.
I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin'! I placed a mobile order for donuts to serve my guests, but after driving 10 minutes to pick them up, I was told they were out of donuts. They refused to issue a refund and told me to come back the next day for donuts. At first, I thought they were joking, but they were serious. I have since filed a complaint with Dunkin' corporate office because they wasted my time, gas money, and essentially took my money without providing the order.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost five years, but this is the third time they've given me the wrong drink. I ordered sweet tea, but it didn’t taste sweet at all. When I called, they said they could make me another drink if I came back or offer the manager’s number. I know it’s not a $10 drink, but still, I paid for it and didn’t ask for a free replacement. This was my worst experience at Dunkin’. I won’t be coming back.
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at the restaurant when I ordered coffee and snacks around 1 PM on January 11, 2022. The server at the drive-thru was quite rude, which really affected my mood. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but the interaction lasted only a minute and left a sour impression. I hope they consider replacing this worker soon.
Why would they place the grumpiest person in the drive-thru who has no knowledge of the menu? I just wanted to try the new frosted donut ice coffee, but he seemed irritated while I was ordering. When I showed him a picture on the app of what I wanted, he didn't let me speak and tried to sell me a different coffee that looked nothing like it. What kind of service is that?
I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location. They always offer the freshest donuts and coffee. The only thing I would change is their hours; I wish they were open 24 hours. They close at 10 PM and open at 6 AM.

I really love this Dunkin' to be honest. It's the place I go to study and the staff here are incredibly friendly. I even switched from studying at Panera to coming here because it's much nicer.
