They need to have a better system for online order pickup. I understand the lobby is closed due to being short staffed but this is crazy. They want you to wait in line and go through the intercom to let them know you are here. So what’s the point of online ordering then?? I visited this location very early in the morning as I was passing through while traveling. Donuts were fantastic. There was a woman training another employee at the time. The woman who was doing the training seemed slightly irritated with my request for her to name off the types of donuts they currently had (I have vision problems and could not see the labels at all) she also seemed slightly irritated with how long it was taking me to decide what I wanted. We pulled up and their open sign was on, and there was a car in front of us in the drive-through and they were waited on. When we pulled up we sat there for a couple minutes and then finally someone came on and said they closed at 1pm. It was 1pm on the dot, so they purposefully ignored us until they could say they were closed. That type of service is so irritating.
Had to repeat my order three times. Got my coffee right away which was delicious, but had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich. They finish the sandwich and set it on the counter but it took the two old ladies over 5 minutes to figure out it was ready. The sandwich was soggy and falling apart.

I been drinking Dunkin my hole adult live and this place is the only store that couldn't make my coffee the way all the other store across the country do. They made it 6 or 7 times and I still had to fix it when I got to work. I normally love Dunkin Donuts just this location doesn't have a good staff.
This place is the worst Dunkin I have been to. They get my drink wrong 8/10 times. They are rude and they apparently can’t make their sandwiches right. I did order a grilled cheese and this is what I got. I don’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone.
Pumpkin spice is back!!! Very friendly staff, doughnuts were fresh and good, Pumpkin spice latte was very good. Received my order very quick.
exceptional customer service, when I asked for a surprise drink they always come out with the best. Kelsie also makes fantastic drinks.

I sure hope you get more staff soon. spending 20 mins in the drive thru is not fun and there's no option for dine in or carryout.
