The worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I usually dislike leaving negative reviews, but this particular Dublin location always has problems. I ordered a Dunkaccino, and the lady gave me a cold coffee that tasted like cold hot chocolate—it was absolutely disgusting. When I asked, she said their coffee machine wasn’t working. A few days later, I ordered a caramel frappé, which was also awful—maybe they used expired coffee. I've never had such bad drinks before. On top of that, they’re often out of various items like donuts or hashbrowns, or their machines aren’t working, or they’re short-staffed. Definitely the worst Dunkin' I’ve experienced.
The three kids working this morning were terrible! The place was a complete mess, with debris scattered all over the floor behind the counter. They were also really unfriendly! When I asked if I could have the toasted white chocolate latte served hot instead of iced, he agreed, but I ended up with it iced anyway. I didn’t bother complaining, but I definitely won’t be returning to this Dunkin'.
I ordered avocado toast, but what I got was just plain bread with cold avocado on top; it wasn't toasted at all. They also forgot to bring me my coffee and just wished me a nice day instead. They seemed really busy, so I decided to be lenient and only took off one point for the experience.
The staff at Dunkin' are outstanding, showing a clear understanding of their roles and providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing the store. However, on October 20th at noon, I encountered a problem as none of the items in my $35 order were accurate.

I worked at this restaurant during the summer, and my experience was largely negative. At just 16 years old, I felt that as a white employee, I was treated poorly by my coworkers, who were mostly Indian. This made my time there quite difficult.
I've been dining at this restaurant for years, and I have to say that the staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. I can't remember a single instance where my order was wrong, and they always make sure the line moves efficiently!
I visited this restaurant for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, and after ordering my meal, I asked to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the manager refused my request.
The donut selection at 9 AM was limited, with no blueberry glazed varieties available. The staff were adequate but nothing exceptional.
