This is ridiculous. I understand that many places are short-staffed right now, but it's unacceptable to allow people to place orders through the app as walk-ins and then lock the door on them. They even charged us before closing the door. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's unbelievable that they close the door at 3:30 when the sign clearly states they close at 4pm. Do any of the employees know how to tell time? It seems not.
this is crazy, yes I know that we are all short coworkers, all where, but come on them leave the people on the app as a walk in n then lock the door on them as serious. after they have charged them. The stuff of this Dunkin’ Donuts on and tinton fall on Shrewsberry Avenue Too busy talking to each other to take care of customers they didn’t pay no attention to took my wife about 10 minutes till they finally noticed some of her until somebody came in and complained they should be fired and new staff should be brought in

Everyone on staff here is so kind, and my coffee is made exactly how I like each time!! I come everyday and pass 2 other Dunkin's that are closer because this one is the best.
