It's been a while since I last visited a Dunkin', and it was just as I remembered. Upon entering, we were welcomed by the delightful scent of pastries and the rich aroma of coffee. The gentleman at the counter was kind and friendly, offering excellent service with a smile. The donuts were light and fluffy, perfectly balanced and not overly sweet, while the jelly munchkins had just the right amount of jelly, satisfying my sweet tooth perfectly. The coffee was exactly how I recalled – strong, flavorful, and just the right temperature to warm you up without risking burns. I’ll definitely be back for more!
After a long and exhausting 5-hour drive, I felt light-headed and was in urgent need of a donut and a coffee. I noticed a Dunkin' nearby, so I decided to stop and arrived at 6:50 PM. Unfortunately, when I attempted to open the door, a woman inside who was mopping gestured for me to leave. Now I'm still feeling faint and have wasted 10 minutes of my trip. Thanks for nothing!
Our order took an exceptionally long time to arrive. Although we dined in and received our drinks quickly, I eventually had to approach the counter with my receipt to remind them about our food order. They repeatedly suggested alternatives to our original choices because they were out of several items.
During the busy morning hours, I placed a mobile order. Sometimes, the charging stations can be crowded, and there are occasions when the storage area experiences electrical problems. However, the restaurant overall maintains a clean atmosphere and offers prompt service.

Avoid this place in the morning if you're in a hurry! It took me 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru when it wasn't busy, and there were only two cars ahead of me while the lobby was empty. They really need more training, as they seem a bit disorganized.
I asked for less ice during one visit, but I was served a full cup. On another occasion, I requested no ice at all, yet again, I received a cup filled with ice. The staff appear to be quite incompetent.
The woman at the drive-through was rather unfriendly and seemed to lack basic customer service skills.
The service was remarkably slow, and they mixed up my food and coffee orders.
