This is the second local Dunkin' we've had issues with. We've been there three times this past month, and each time, my daughter received the wrong drink. We had to go back through the drive-thru every single time, which took a long while. Today was our third and final visit. They clearly gave us the wrong drink again, and when we asked for a replacement at the window, they took our drink, removed the sticker, and added vanilla. It was terrible, as we expected. Good customer service shouldn't be difficult, so I'm not sure why two locations can't get it right. We're done with Dunkin' for good.
I got two breakfast sandwiches. Both sandwiches were cold to start with. As seen in the photos, the croissant sandwich was disgusting. The croissant was flat and looked like someone sat on the sandwich. The second sandwich was supposed to be on a sourdough bun. It came on a whole wheat piece of bread that wasn't even toasted. Do not waste your time or money buying sandwiches from this place.
Ask for a big cup of ice and was delivered a small cup of ice, I said the dame, I was looking for a big one she got a really bad attitude then gave me a big one when I started my quitting her charging me a dollar, so she planned to me a small cup of ice that I paid a dollar for a big one!
Ordered a latte and when I pulled up to the window the coffee was black. I told them it was wrong and INSTANT attitude, like I get the language barrier but I'm not going to pay for a drink I won't drink. Mistake happen but just correct it don't argue. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
they have visited this location no less than 300 times. the staff is always very friendly and the orders are very accurate. if something is not correct, they have always done it right now. highly recommended!
this morning we were there and the staff at the loudspeaker made my day. he was super friendly and had only a nice welcoming vote. I had super fast service and everyone was friendly.
Horrible avocado toast that was certainly more than few days old. Tasted very bitter. The franchise should be really ashamed of selling such products. The lattes are never hot.

Had to drive all the way to Pontiac Auburn hills area to get a Dunkin' donuts coffee the one out here in Flint was closed due to lack of help
