The staff, food, and coffee at Dunkin' are truly exceptional! Walt, Gina, and Angelo consistently deliver professional and warm service. I look forward to every visit! I used to work at Dunkin’ and never thought making food was that difficult, but today proved me wrong. I asked for a toasted bagel, and it came out untoasted. They forgot the hash browns, and the bacon on the avocado toast was raw. After a half-hour wait in the drive-thru, we went back and only received the bagel and hash browns because they said the raw bacon was fine. Honestly, I’m a bit confused, and I won’t be coming back.
The tattooed staff member was extremely friendly, and it appeared that everyone here excels in customer service. Additionally, my iced latte was absolutely perfect!
