They were incredibly helpful and polite, truly putting the customers first, which was wonderful to witness. I asked one of them if he was the manager—his name was Brian—and he mentioned that he wasn't, but the way he ran the store made me question why he wouldn't be. Even though I would rate the service with five stars due to its excellence, what truly stands out is how the staff knows me by name and is always very courteous. I had a stroke four years ago, and they remember that and treat me with kindness. I visit the Farmville and Medford, NY locations. Recently, I ordered the Pfefferminz Mocha Eis Latte, which turned out to be quite strong for my taste. When I'm at home, I usually start with just one sip, and I didn’t try it beforehand. Perhaps I should explore more options, as I typically enjoy my sweet French vanilla flavored drinks, for which I usually use two packets of Equal. Goodnight, everyone! Be sure to try this spot!
Every time I order my drink, it's always perfect. I frequently place my order through the app, and it’s always ready when I go to pick it up. The three young gentlemen working there at 5:30 PM on March 16 were all charming and attentive. I just ordered ice cream, but they were incredibly helpful and efficient with my order.
I just watched the Barista job after ordering before I gave myself my drink. everyone had pre-braut espresso, not after a recipe at all. I saw her deponie espresso from the top of several macchiatos. what all got was a cup of milk with something stale espresso.

Courteous staff and fast service. Dining in isn't available right now because of the pandemic, but their drive-thru service is fast. The donuts are baked fresh on the premises, not delivered like in satellite stores. Gotta go now and get my Dunkin Donuts fix?

The ice cream here is outstanding, and there's a breakfast dish on the menu that I can't recall the name of, but I absolutely love it!
The omelette bites were terrible; I couldn't finish them. Additionally, the chocolate croissant was overcooked.
