I enjoyed the food and coffee at this Dunkin’, but the staff seemed quite unhappy. One day, while I was waiting for my order inside, a staff member asked what I was waiting for. When I mentioned my order, they responded curtly, “It’s coming,” as if I were the one causing the delay. On another visit, I went through the drive-thru and politely requested some napkins that were missing from my bag. The woman at the window rolled her eyes and practically tossed them at me. Overall, my experience left me with a negative impression, despite the good food. The issue really lies with the staff's attitude.
This Dunkin' location is quite good! It can get extremely busy at times, so I always make sure to order ahead. They generally do a solid job ensuring mobile orders are ready promptly. However, my only issue is that while your mobile order is prepared, it often sits behind the counter out of reach. I don’t understand why they don’t place completed mobile orders on the designated mobile order rack. I’ve waited 10 minutes for my order only to find it was sitting behind the mobile order rack the entire time. The menu offers great options, but the pickup process could definitely be smoother.
The food was enjoyable, and the coffee was great as well. The waitress who took our order was cheerful and courteous, even while managing a large number of customers. My only complaint is that to exit the restaurant, you had to walk against the flow of the line. We were seated at a table, so that was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it was challenging to get out of our parking spot since many spaces were obstructed by the drive-thru.
Older woman with a nasty attitude at the window gave me my half dozen donuts in a bag, and the donuts were all melted and stuck together and looks like they had been sitting in the bag for two days. My children didn’t even want to eat them and then she was saying nice day, I said thank you and she goes ‘yup’. Horrible customer service.

The person at the window has a bit of an attitude problem. She gives a really unpleasant look while handing over the food. If you're not happy working there, no one is making you stay. I always say "please" and "thank you," but she just pushes the food through the window. It's not difficult to smile; maybe she should try it sometime.
This DD has the CLEANEST public bathroom I have ever seen. It was well stocked, spotless, and cool inside. I can say literally nothing about the food or drinks because we only used the bathroom (sorry DD . The staff are also friendly (ran into one coming out of the bathroom! . Buy their food!
A fresh cup of coffee and munchkins on a crisp autumn morning from Dunkin' were the perfect complement after a breathtaking drive. This charming, free-standing, spotless Dunkin' location offered a great stop to explore their menu.
