I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Two of the young staff members were exceptionally rude. As a business owner myself, I would certainly want to be informed if my employees were behaving this way. When I asked one of the young men for his name, there was an awkward pause as if he struggled to remember it, and he eventually said his name was Daniel, laughing afterward. I inquired if a manager was available to speak with, only to be told that Daniel was the manager. I was taken aback and asked him, "You're the manager?" He responded, "Bro, do I look like a manager?" I pointed out that he appeared indifferent about his job, to which he casually replied that he didn’t care...
Terrible experience. Two kids working there were total jerks. I own a business. I 'd want to know if the people I hired acted like jerks. I asked one of the kids what his name was. After pausing for several seconds, as if to think of a name to give me, he said Daniel . Then he laughed. I asked if there was a manager available to speak to? I was told Daniel was the manager. When I entered, the staff completely ignored me for five minutes, despite being the only customer there. There was no greeting or acknowledgment—no "Hello, I'll be right with you" or any explanation for the delay. I stood clearly in their sight, but it felt like the person supposed to welcome customers was silently saying, "Leave and take your unwanted money with you, and don’t come back!" So, I left and have no plans to return. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such poor treatment at this location. I guess I should thank them for the unintended push to eat healthier.
I really love donuts, and Dunkin' offers an excellent variety of both donuts and munchkins. The prices are very reasonable, making it an affordable option. Their coffee, including macchiatos and lattes, is excellent. The store also has seating, so you can enjoy your donuts comfortably. Additionally, there's a fridge stocked with regular drinks like Gatorade and water for extra convenience.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I asked for oat milk, an employee named Rosa rolled her eyes at me and informed me that they couldn’t provide it. I also requested no sugar, but my order still came with sugar added. I won't be returning.
The food was satisfactory, but the staff were somewhat unfriendly. I asked for ketchup but never got any. I've certainly had better experiences at other Dunkin' Donuts locations!
