I recently had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. My 3-year-old urgently needed to use the bathroom, so I decided to buy him a donut. While waiting in line, I explained the situation to the server, but she rudely insisted that he couldn't go until after purchasing something. I reiterated that he really needed to go and that I was indeed planning to buy the donut. After waiting, I finally bought the donut, and only then was I told we could use the bathroom. Unfortunately, it was too late—my son had already had an accident. Thank you very much for that experience.
Rushed me despite having no customers in store and 5 people behind the counters. Got my order wrong. I didn 't get a receipt. Called as soon as I got home, and was met with what you mean you just came in and we got your order wrong. That can 't be true. At this point it 's just not worth it to fix for the $16 I paid.
Horrible service with a manager on duty who had gotten my drink wrong. Asked for it to please be fixed as she continued to argue it was fine and rolled her eyes at me. Very unprofessional to have a Manger like that on duty.
I decided to switch from Starbucks to Dunkin, and I'm really enjoying their coffee. I have a strong preference for Indian coffee. The service is always quick and friendly.

During both of my visits, my order was incorrect, and the staff were unkind when I requested a correction.
The manager in the moring here is a rude b#$ch and should be replaced.The rest of the staff is kind tho.
