I placed an online order and arrived just two minutes after it was ready, according to the app. I had to repeat my order three times at the speaker before I was told to drive up. Unfortunately, I couldn't check my order right away because I was taking my mother home after her surgery, having spent three days in the hospital. Once we got home, I discovered that the donut holes were incorrectly packed; instead of the glazed, jelly, and chocolate I ordered, I received assorted ones. Additionally, I was missing two donuts that I had paid for. When I reached out to have my card refunded for the missing items, I was informed that I needed to drive 40 minutes back to the store to get it resolved. T...
Ordered a delicious Caramel latte,with almond milk, and found out a few hrs later it wasn't made with almond milk but regular milk .... I'm lactose intolerant!!!! It destroyed my stomach, very painful. I wasn't going to leave a bad review at first but after I called and nicely explained the mix up and asked if they could just be more mindful, the person on the phone was politish but wasn't trying to hear me out and rushed me off the phone. I was in pain from the milk , felt like I was dying(if you know you know, it was a large . . . latte, lol) and wasn't asking for much just to be heard. . .smh. The hashbrowns were GREAT, as always!
I had a disappointing experience at this location. I placed a mobile order for two coffees, donuts, and wake-up wraps, but they were out of everything except the coffee. The employee at the drive-thru was friendly and sincerely apologized, but the process for getting a refund on a mobile order is really difficult, so I ended up losing $10.

I had the ice coffee caramel with sugar and cream. A nice pick me up for early morning adventures with my husband. Good prices.
