The people who work there a wonderful! They were there faithfully every day during the height of covid and they were always there waiting to serve me at between 4:30-5:00 and it was very handy to stop and get last minute groceries or gas from the 24 hour station it occupies. But for whatever reason now that the state has opened back up, it seems like all those happy covered faces have seem to be replaced with others who are not as eager to serve you! And in many occasions have not even shown up! Forcing me to go to a competitor. Visiting from Florida, and originally thought Gas Station Dunkin’ would be gross and inferior. To my surprise they had a lot more bakery items and coffee to offer than what I saw at the Airport. nJoel was so charming and provided perfect service. It was like he would do anything to make sure my twin and I left the store with a smile. I definitely wasn’t an easy customer as I ordered an Ice Coffee and forgot to say “decaf,” but without hesitation, he was happy to change it after already making the original order… AMAZING SERVICE!! Joel definitely made our last day in Connecticut memorable.
I was here a few times, but it is time for an attention to details post and review. all the details of my coffee are not important, but the one they missed. I wanted less ice and I did. Dunkin often falls the ball, they don't care about the customers. they simply come to work and check in. If they make such mistakes, I wonder if the turbo shot was even put in the coffee. hmm.
I went through a sandwich in the car. the dame fay gave me the whole time to set up. I was respectful of the order. When I got my lunch, she lashed the doors in my face. very rude and respectful behavior. isn't coming here anymore. will instead go after dieucks. bad experience hope that this behavior will be fixed. you lost a good customer.
