If I could give negative stars, I would. The drive-thru was closed, so I went inside. The last two times I visited, I was ignored for about five minutes before anyone helped me. Today, 8/7/2021, I stood at the counter for 12 minutes while the three employees behind it did almost nothing. When the girl finally approached, I expressed my frustration with the long wait. I ended up going to Starbucks, where I was immediately greeted with a smile. I'm done with Dunkin' and will be disabling my app.
I visited for breakfast and sampled the donuts, particularly the five munchkins I picked up. They were just as I anticipated—nothing out of the ordinary. I did, however, notice some litter and food remnants around the tables and seating area. On a brighter note, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I requested to move around for some photos for Google Street View. All in all, I would certainly come back for the fast service.
I’m going to have to stop coming to Dunkin' for Chai Latte. The quality is so inconsistent, and more than once I’ve been served a drink that's 98% milk and only 2% chai. It’s really disappointing and not what I paid for. I even had to go home and try to add flavor just so it wouldn’t feel like a waste of milk. Dunkin', please pay attention to your menu items—you’re not saving the company by skimping on the chai, for goodness’ sake. Get it together.
If the store manager called me then the rating could of been higher. The store manager still has not called me after one of their associates tossed the bag at me through the drive-thru and didn?t hand me a receipt (which is policy). I rarely treat myself to donuts, but today at Dunkin' Donuts I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, and the service was fast. Although they don’t have all the options they used to have before the COVID-19 pandemic, there was still an impressive variety of treats to choose from! The coffee was also quite delightful!
The donuts were stale and seemed like they had been made several days ago. I won’t be returning. However, the woman working at the drive-thru was very friendly.
