today at 8:25 o'clock stopped. asked for a order of chive and wobbly filled bagel minis on an all mini bagel. lady said everything was set. I said I bought them the day before and she said they were interrupted with a small setting, but I said the stuffed mini bagels on a simple bagel are in order. at the end they gave me exactly what I wanted, the stuffed bagel minis on a whole bagel (they were not set all five? then I was given the wrong drink at the window, which was a green drink I didn't ask. they finally gave me the right drink, but they had no sugar. This morning I placed an mobile order not only did I have to wait over 10 minutes after I arrived to get my order it was wrong I ordered an Xl tea and got coffee instead and it still was wrong when she remade it not to mention she used the same cup anddid not have gloves on nor did they have the toppers for the cups . I asked her was the rest of my order ready she told me nowithout looking and it was sitting on the counter the whole time. I order to much from dunkin to have this experience is veryupsetting.

This Dunkin' Donuts location was a disappointment. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew, but when I received it, there were no cookie pieces on top. When I asked for them to be added, the employee said they didn't have any. It was frustrating to learn that one of the key ingredients for their seasonal drink was missing, and even more so to be sold a beverage without being informed. With some Dunkin Donuts it's a like hit or miss with the app orders. I'm happy that this is not the case here. They've consistently filled my orders accurately and quickly. On a few occasions I picked up my order and and was back on the road before the traffic light changed. Unfortunately, it makes it difficult to deal with the mediocre service from other Dunkins.
Guys try to avoid this place whenever there are more than a few cars in the line they give you regular coffee instead of a latte or cappuccino. If you want regular coffee that is ok but if you order something different you will only pay for it but stilldrink regular.
