READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE GOING!This location is absolutely horrendous. Do yourself a huge favor and find the next nearest one. Trust me, it will be worth the wasted time.I went earlier this morning with my sisters, and the staff was unresponsive, rude, and inattentive. We ordered bagels and waited for 20 minutes. Eventually, a man walked in and ordered one bagel. The employee gave him our bagels as well. When the man tried to correct the employee, he was ignored. Had a horrible experience. I don’t like cold English muffins. I have been to this Dunkin’ numerous times and they just can’t seem to get my order right. If my order was messed up and they were nice about it, I wouldn’t be so annoyed to be honest. But not only is my English muffin not toasted but here the staff is giving me an attitude while I pay $29 for my food. I can’t eat these cold English muffins. To top it off, there were numerous people Ehis order was also messed up.
I dread coming to this restaurant every time. The staff always seem to have a bad attitude over little things, giving nasty looks and just generally being miserable. I've noticed that the Indian staff in particular are quick to give me backlash, which is disappointing but true. It might be worth replacing the entire team because the negative energy is evident as soon as you step inside.
We pulled up to Dunkin? Donuts at 8pm and they told us they were closed. Another guy walked up to the door and was served. We were turned away however this other guy was able to be served. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts, requesting that the coffee not be made too hot as it tends to burn my mouth. I also asked for ice in my coffee and was charged for it. Unfortunately, the coffee was too hot and the donuts seemed stale. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Linden dunkin donuts is 2 expensive. I've been to other shop locations and never been over charged 4 a sandwich and coffee. Service was good but your prices are 2 high.
Changing my rating to 1 star because coffee has been terrible lately. Far too expensive and service takes too long. There are far better places to go for coffee.
