I really hope the management looks at Google reviews. I never write this, but this place is so disorganized. The staff is really nice, but I suggest never placing a mobile order here. You keep the orders waiting in the kitchen and you need to go up and ask if your order is ready. You simply do not view mobile orders in general. I waited 30 to 40 minutes for a mobile order, three times and every time they were ready, but in the back. Food was cold and drinks were melted. They don't put them on the mobile order rack. Several people waiting for orders and all ignored. A guy who ordered in the store waited 20 minutes for an average coffee with a splash of cream. Another man waited 20 minutes for...

This is a fantastic spot to visit early in the morning if you’re a truck driver needing to wake up early—sometimes even at 4:30 AM. It’s conveniently located on my route to the highway where I pick up my truck each morning. The coffee is excellent, and the service is very friendly. I highly recommend stopping by—thank you!

I ordered bagel bites, and while the outside was warm, the filling inside was at room temperature. My iced macchiato had less ice than expected. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any ice cream. It's surprising how they managed to get such simple items like coffee and breakfast food wrong! Overall, I'd rate the food as 1/5.

Rude service and language barrier. They can’t understand the order and messed it up 3 times in a row. Not worth hassle and money, goodbye dunkin.Also, the food is stale. I really enjoy this place. It's far superior to the one on Ogden, near the post office. Every time I've been here, the customer service has been excellent. Plus, when I order Munchkins, I often receive more than I actually ordered!
