It comes as no surprise to me as to how many poor reviews people have left for this location. Not only is the line HORRENDOUS every single day, this location can hardly get our order right. We come to this location as frequent customers but that will soon be coming to an end. I order the same drink every time, a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea (light green tea) and a bagel with cream cheese. When receiving my order via drive thru, the drink that was handed to me was absolutely watered down and there was NO cream cheese on my bagel. If I can give a zero I would. My family and I will never dine in or out of this location ever again. We went through the drive thru and when I checked our order we were missing a wrap we paid for. I went inside with what we were given and my receipt. I was very polite and explained I was missing a wrap and showed them my receipt. When I tell you the staff was very rude and unprofessional that would be an understatement. Only one young lady took the time to listen, look at the receipt, and agree we were missing the wrap we ordered. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the slowest and most incompetent Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. Even with just three people in line, it takes about 15 minutes for each person to be served. When it's finally their turn to order, the staff says, "I'll be with you in a moment," only to leave customers waiting for another eight or nine minutes before returning to the counter. And this is not even during the morning rush, so I don’t understand how they can be so overwhelmed at any time of day. Every time I come here when a manager is not present, the service is absolutely horrendous. Waited in line when no one was there (inside or outside) for over 7 minutes before even getting acknowledged, well we had ask if someone was there to get a “we will be with you shortly”. Seems they need to have more people that value customer service working. I use to go 2-3 times a week! No more i drive out of my way to not get anything here!! The manager treats her staff horribly! She's rude and mean to them. Staff is mostly young that's fine. They are at times unmotivated. Not worth the wait for a nasty manage. I've asked serval question about products her response WERE NEVER GETTING THEM BACK FUCKING EVER! Ok never going back again
I bought 10 doughnuts today 8 glaze 2 Boston Creme. 6 glaze in a box and 2 glaze and 2 Boston Creme in a box. What a mess. Never again. They are always out of certain doughnuts. Your best bet, go to Walmart. Packaged nice, taste better and no attitude. NOBODY RUNS ON DUNKIN, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. Train your employees or CLOSE IT DOWN!!
terrible. my online order, took my money, app said my order was fulfilled. manager yelled at me when I came to the drive that I should know that the load was closed and coming back tomorrow for my coffee. no refund, no apologies. a print sign on the thru running gear and the window. the whole experience was unrealistic.
I would give them zero stars if I could! I've ordered the breakfast sandwich several times, and after the first experience, I started requesting it to be roasted extra dark. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. They mess up my order every single time. I ordered a coffee and a variety of Munchkins, but I didn't receive what I asked for. As for my plain toasted bagel, they gave me one slathered in cream cheese instead.
