The service was quite disappointing. It seems they accidentally gave my drink to the car in front of me, and after a couple of minutes of discussion, they told me to pull to the front of the building. I ordered a Large Cake Batter latte, but when it was served, there was no whipped cream or any toppings on it. When I mentioned that this didn’t match my order, the employee insisted it was correct but explained that since I didn’t specify “Signature Cake Batter latte,” it wouldn’t come with whipped cream. I stopped by to grab some coffee and snacks with my brother before a day trip. Unfortunately, the staff at the front counter were quite unfriendly. While I was on my way to my destination, I realized that part of my order was missing. I returned today to either get a refund or receive the missing items, but I couldn't find my receipt. I was told that without it, they couldn't help me, and they wouldn't even look up the purchase using the card I used. It feels like I've just wasted my money. I guess this is what I get for choosing Dunkin' over Starbucks. If you decide to visit, make sure to double-check your order before leaving the counter!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the staff's behavior. Richelle, who was at the counter, was busy with paperwork and completely ignored me when I arrived. I patiently waited until she was free to ask if a seasonal flavor was available. She glanced at me and firmly said no, without any further interaction. I realized that engaging with her would not lead to a pleasant experience, so I chose not to buy anything and walked out. It's no surprise that this donut shop was empty. I plan to reach out to corporate because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and rude.
I tried the Mango Pineapple Lemonade and it was incredible! However, the Peach Passionfruit Lemonade didn't quite measure up. Since I don't have a Dunkin' nearby, the Peach refresher tasted slightly grapefruity, which was a bit unusual. I'll definitely check out the Peach refreshers at another Dunkin' soon for a better comparison.

When the other Dunkin' is full I usually come here before I go to work. This is the 3rd time they messed up on my order. I ask for hot, they give me cold. I ask for food, they forget. They say they thought they heard this but I know I specifically said what I said and even the receipt says it. They need new workers.
I got the Mango Pineapple with Lemonade which was great! Now the Peach Passionfruit with Lemonade? I haven't have Dunkin' in awhile, but the Peach refresher tasted like it was made with grapefruit, it was strange? I'll try to get the Peach ? refreshers from another DD soon for comparison.
Dunkin Donuts the series was definitely great every morning I was going there they knew exactly what I wanted and they will wake you up with a couple of the jokes that make me feel like home keep up the good work
I ordered just an avocado toast and watched two people behind me receive their three drinks and breakfast before mine arrived. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but my toast wasn’t even crunchy.
