I would like to express my concerns regarding your staff's non-compliance with your national promotions. Are they permitted to establish their own guidelines? Is there no uniform standard they are required to follow? This situation feels misleading and unjust. Moreover, I have encountered rude behavior from the same employee over the past two months, along with persistent issues concerning leaking coffee cups, which I have requested to be replaced without any success. However, the same problems arose today at the same drive-thru. A nice woman took my order (the same as yesterday). But then the same curvy-haired employee from yesterday tried to give me a drink with cream again. I explained that it wouldn’t blend well. She confidently insisted it was fine and handed it to me. I explained how skim milk looks if you fill half the cup with milk and just add a splash of coffee. She rolled her eyes and went back to make it again. I was certain she returned with the same drink or at least made the same mistake as before. I'm left questioning how employees are allowed to make their own rules and why there are no consistent standards in place. This feels both unfair and misleading. Over the past two months, I've had several encounters with the same staff member who has been rude, and I've frequently been denied replacements for coffee when it runs out. I can no longer tolerate this kind of treatment. While I wish I could erase this location from existence, I am committed to obtaining an apology from the manager and the free coffee I was promised. Bad customer service! I went up the drive tru wanting to order and the lady (she was Indian) seemed like she already had an attitude. She told me to come up to the window when I didn’t even get to order. Once I got there I waited for about 5 mins or so wanting to order. The lady started telling me what I wanted to order and while I was telling her my order she cut me off and shut the window. I wasn’t even done ordering and she was rushing me. She kept shutting the window at me until I told her I have other things I want to add. I've been going here regularly. The service is on and off. I've not complain up to now. Today they didn't have croissants or English muffins in stock. Fine, not the end of the world. But I asked the guy at the drive thru for couple of extra napkins. He didn't want to give it and top of showed such a bad attitude and insulted me to move my car from the drive thru. Pathetic.

Noise Level: Quiet Staff: Friendly, though a bit distracted, probably because they're teenagers. During our visit, the restaurant was not busy at all. Ordering went smoothly and quickly, but they did make an error by only serving us one piece each instead of the two we had ordered. However, once we pointed this out, they quickly fixed our order.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday! I ordered two lattes in the afternoon, and on top of my order, they generously gave me several free doughnuts! I understand they might need to get rid of leftover doughnuts at the end of the day, but it was a lovely gesture to share some with me for free.

Always come here after/before work. Super friendly staff and always fast- for those days when running late. Amy usually takes my order and is very polite.
