Dunkies can vary greatly depending on the time of day and the staff on duty. With numerous locations throughout Massachusetts, you experience everything from exceptional service to terrible service. However, this particular location was good; they even brewed a fresh pot of coffee for me since they had just run out. So, kudos to them!
This is a charming little Dunkin' Donuts that offers excellent personal service. Cara is always cheerful and welcoming, which makes me want to return every time! Plus, my coffee is always prepared perfectly—I've never had to ask for it to be remade.
This DDs is so convienent and the service is great. It is part of an Xtra Mart so you can get your coffee, get gas or pick up a few items you forgot at the Mart. They also have great soft serve ice cream at the Mart during the summer.
Somehow, every time they have never got my coffee right. Substituting splenda is not that difficult. I apologize you have to open the packets manually instead of pushing your button. I don't think it's asking for much. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The staff on the weekend always seems overwhelmed. They don’t accept cash, have a poor attitude, and are often unmotivated to prepare the food.
