Great customer service via the phone. A job for coffee boy for a special meeting in Grand Isle, VT. I was from Montpelier, VT. I should put the order 30 minutes from driving to the intermediate station. Everything was ready and ready on my arrival. This is a Gadstation Dunkin Donuts Café. The in-house customer service is good, but it can wait a number of people.
Frustrating to order via app 40min prior to close last night for a walk-in order to have them cancel my order because they have already shut down all the machines, and for it to be the 3rd time in the last two months. Was hope to run on Dunkin? for mynight shift?
I normally don?t complain. Wrong order, my bagel was burnt and the gas station is very run down. The workers have No personality. I will not be going there again.
I love this dunkin. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Stop saying hi and tell them Mike Z sent you.
