Horrible experience. So sad that I forgot to take pictures! I went through the drivethru and ordered a small iced latte with oat milk and sugar free vanilla syrup! Simple order, however the ladies messed up my drinks twice, first time with not giving my sugar free vanilla syrup and then second with not giving me oat milk. I had to walk in and request my drink remade and had to watch and tell them what to put into this simple drink... oat milk, ice, espresso and sugar free vanilla syrup! A gentleman made My drink over for me. On top of that, the lady who made my drink wrong twice, yelled at me in Spanish while he was making my drink. No apologies. Just attitude. Horrible experience, smh.
What can I say? It's dark in here. Honestly, if I don't have a couple of iced coffees with an espresso shot by 10 a.m., I feel completely out of it. I know how to cope with one leg, though! As for the parking situation: the location is beautiful, but you really need to approach the roundabout at about 50 mph and then suddenly hit the brakes to park. It's quite amusing! Fortunately, there are plenty of parking spots available, including designated spots for disabled individuals, as well as a wheelchair ramp that makes it very accessible. My mother uses the ramp and entrance, and it works well for her age and needs.
This location NEVER gets my order correct. I would rather go 30 minutes out of my way before returning to this location.If I say anything “excuse me, this isn’t what I ordered” I get a massive attitude and basically get told to deal with it. I’m surprised this location is even still around, it’s been like this for some time now.
Horrible service and not clean at all. No wonder people pay more for Starbucks. Every time I go to DD it is horrible. They need to step it up. Owners need to be available to coach the employees or take some pages out of the Starbucks employment book! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
recently I came here for lunch. the order was taken to leasing 5 times and it was still wrong. the staff were friendly, but the facilities were clean.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel, but it only came with two small slices of bacon. What's going on?
I had them re make my coffee and it was still wrong! How hard can it be to just follow the order of my coffee?
