The staff is really nice and they seem to get along like family. They remember my order and go above and beyond most days. I will only go to this Dunkin. Most other ones have staff that seems as if they can't be bothered.Only wish the property owner would fix the giant hole in Drive-thru. Not sure why Dunkin hasn't made an uproar. It is HUGE. So 1st timers BE WARE TO STAY FAR ASIDE FROM IT.
The restaurant has been nicely renovated, but there were too few staff members working during my visit. The employees spent over 15 minutes chatting at the drive-thru, which caused issues. The person in front of us left due to the confusion, and our app order baffled them as well. This kind of experience is exactly why I prefer using the app in the first place. It's just unbelievable.
HUGE DEEP pothole in drive thru that you can't avoid to get to pickup window. I'm diabetic and asked for equal in my coffee an received real sugar. That was not fun to deal with when I was at work. This Dunkin is amazing. I go out of my way to go here, the workers are always super nice and always have a smile on their face even when it?s crazy busy and short staffed. They make my coffee right every single time and always give me an amazing sandwich.They are very quick, kind, and courteous all at the same time.
This Dunkin' is fantastic! Every time I visit, the staff are incredibly friendly and always greet me with a smile, even when it's hectic and they're short-staffed.
