Ordered through the app and I walk in 5 min later and it’s still not ready. Hire more people to work. I get handed a bag with my donut and when I get home I look inside the bag and the free hash browns aren’t inside the bag. This location is horrible with customer service they try to multitask all the time and it gets them no where. If you want good service do not come to this location
It was Free Coffee Monday, so I wanted to get two coffees and two donuts that I planned to pay for. The total came to almost $7, and I had some difficulty understanding the staff because of their language barrier. Ultimately, I left feeling confused about whether I actually received the free coffees. Maybe I should contact corporate for clarification.
People here are actually really nice!So far most of my experiences at most other Dunkin’s are slightly negative, with the person behind the counter treating me like I’m the biggest inconvenience. Here they actually treat you like a normal customer, if not better! I really appreciate it!
I ordered a hot latte at the counter but received an iced latte instead. I didn't mention their mistake because these days, even trying to hold someone accountable can label you as a "Karen," and I'm not looking for drama. I have faced problems with my order every single time I've opted for delivery from this restaurant. It's been a recurring issue! They really need to make some improvements, or they could face serious repercussions for their business.
The staff working around 10 PM are remarkably slow. I'm not sure why, but it seems like people tolerate it. I’ve decided to start getting my coffee from another place. Waiting 10 to 15 minutes for coffee is just too long.
I visited this place to get some coffee, two peanut donuts, and two gift cards. The service was outstanding, and both the coffee and donuts were incredibly fresh.
I strongly recommend hiring staff who are friendly and maintain a positive attitude toward customers. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I would appreciate if you could bring back the original staff, as the new employees seem to lack the necessary experience for their roles.
