Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

I enjoy this location very much, but as of recently, the newer employees, I believe I do not know the recipes for the drinks very well, or the food. There has been occasions where they have given me the wrong bagels instead of notifying me that theywere out. : I was handed a white latte instead of a Coco mocha which is supposed to be incredibly dark. I handed it back to thegentleman at the window. He looked at it and give it back to me, saying that there was already cocoa mocha in there. Sadly, whenI left the window, there was nothing, no cocoa syrup in it. Hiding the name of the label since we ordered through the app, andit is a friends account. I hope this location gets better! They are stingy with their cream cheese on bagels. If you ask for more they don't add any extra. Their bagels are thick and require cream cheese or some spread to swallow. I only buy here after bagel shops close. Who orders a bagel with cream cheeseto eat bread?

When you get the Dunkin Donuts application you can skip the line. Literally amazing!!! Everything is always done even if I order outside. By the time I walk in everything is waiting for me! The people working there do their job well!!!

lousy service... the employees have no knowledge of preparing the products... they serve reluctantly... and I think I'm not speaking alone. for me... today several clients left dissatisfied with the food... really very bad experience

Rich and the morning crew are very efficient.. you will never wait long for your order. This is my favorite Dunkin to go to because of the quick and great customer service.
