This Dunkin is a hidden gem. I?ve been coming to this location here for a few months now and am blown away by how amazing the staff is. Marcy, Kay, Richard, and the other gentleman (I haven?t gotten his name that?s my bad) that works there are the best.Kay and Marcy always know my order sometimes even before I do! The employees here are so friendly and really do make you feelat home. Big ups to the Dunkin crew at the South Valley, West Orange location. Thank you for being you!
The customer service is really good. The new manager is Marci and she's amazing! Always greets with a smile a provides excellent service. She really cares about her customers.
