Dunkin' - Tisch reservieren

I think the staff needs to be retrained. The store is located downtown Trenton and resides in black and Latin community. Sometimes the cashier's behave in a matter that seems judgemental. I am a well groomed educated well spoken African American and I got the impression that the staff was fearful of me. I tried to break the uncomfortable silence with small talk and I was ignored. Next two cashier's spoke to each other in Hindi as I was leaving and refused to look directly at me. I don't believe this is cultural I just felt very anxious. Good memory because they know what I want, now, when I come in. Only real issue is you will be asked for money or to buy someone a coffee at the door outside. I don’t mind doing a good deed because people have helped me and I believe in paying it forward. However, I don’t have the means to give money or feed everyone standing there. People aren’t asked to leave because it’s also a bus stop so it’s hard to tell right away who is whom.

I like Dunkin, but I can honestly say that they should not allow people inside to wait for the bus. You're taking a seat. Or customers just walk around to take people. Is it a lot to ask if these people only get your coffee and go away?

Good customer service and have not had bad coffee or mocha from this shop. Definitely a good place for a quick cup on the way to work!
