Used to be good until these employees who barely speak English by the way. One threatening me by being on the phone to call the cops when you wanted to use their bathroom. Rather recommend being in another Dunkin than this one. Update: best to enter inthe morning since some different people work there and are more friendly.
Avoid this particular store if thinking on placing a Mobil Order through the app because they will get it wrong every time. I sent my favorite breakfast meal to this establishment and I was given the wrong meats on my order. Complete waste of time whenin a hurry
First time at this location (I live in Yonkers and I swear it was the BEST experience I?ve ever had a coffee shop. Dunkin? give Amil a raise! Im an avid Starbucks drinker but I?ll switch up if service was always this great. Such a pleasant experience!
They overcharged u and they don't know how to make your order properly...like hire ppl that understands English...I get the same order all the time and because they keep messing up my order it makes no sense to come here anymore
