This is usually my favorite Dunkin', but today I had a disappointing experience with Rohman. I asked him to stir my coffee, which had layers of caramel, milk, and coffee. He first stated that he had already stirred it a bit, and when I politely requested him to mix it properly, he audibly sighed and rolled his eyes before taking the coffee back to stir it. If stirring a spoon in a cup is too much trouble, he might want to consider a different job.
This is probably one of the slowest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. There were only two customers in the store—myself and another person—and yet there were four employees behind the counter. How long does it take to make a cup of coffee? At one point, I even asked, "How's that coffee coming?" and the reply was, "Oh, you haven't gotten it yet?" If I had received it, I would have left by now. Shaking my head.
This is by far the worst place I've ever ordered food from. My sister-in-law used to work here but quit because of the rampant racism. It's incredibly bad! They drop food, pick it up, and serve it to customers or just put it back without hesitation. They don’t even wash their hands after using the bathroom, and there are bugs everywhere. Just avoid this place!
The best Dunkin' Donuts in Mount Vernon! The staff is always friendly and cheerful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food is tasty, and the drinks are consistently excellent, made just right every time. If you're looking for a fantastic drink, be sure to ask India to make it for you! The BEST DD in Mount Vernon!! Always a friendly fresh faced staff who are always in a good mood. Food is good. The drinks are excellent and always made the same each time. Want a good Matcha? Ask India to make it!!
All DnD's are not the same! Here was great! A really friendly, cool staff well cooked donuts if you know what I mean. Other places serve donuts undercooked in the middle. I'll go there now.
The line at the Drive-Thru can be a bit lengthy at times, but their coffee always makes it worth the wait. Everything is prepared perfectly. Truly delicious!
