The manager at this restaurant, Jen, who also oversees the location near me on Route 44 in Poughkeepsie, always provides exceptional service to my wife and me. We absolutely love the caramel lattes—they're consistently excellent. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! Jen goes above and beyond in her role and is always friendly; she truly exemplifies what outstanding management should be. Her team of coworkers is also fantastic!
My husband and I found the staff and other customers to be absolutely wonderful. And my coffee—oh my gosh, it was so delicious and fresh, just as we ordered! Thank you! This is a really nice spot. My friends and I visit almost every morning. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The coffee is consistently perfect. It’s a lovely place, although it can be difficult to find a table for 5 or 6 people together at times. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The staff seems to be preoccupied with their phones and doesn't answer calls. There was even an instance where they answered but left the phone off the hook. I suppose I won’t be getting any whipped cream for my DoorDash order. Service: 1/5
The coffee was truly excellent. Typically at Dunkin', the coffee comes pre-prepared to their standards, but this time, it was outstanding. The cashier was friendly, and the service was quick.
The staff is very fast, Very out going, Jenn and Brindley know how to run that store. They are highly trained and very professional. I will be coming back to this location daily.
