I loved seeing all of the people just enjoying life and coffee in the place! I'm not even a coffee person, but I was super HANGRY..This location is usually top notch, but today they were off their game. I had time, so I waited for my mobile order. Although I was acknowledged many times, it took 15 minutes to find out what I ordered wasn't available. The manager was very helpful and kind, but I am now hesitant to come back to this location. Management gave me a refund and my coffee for free. I am not mad, just disappointed in the fact that I always tell people this is the best location and I didn't get what I needed on a personal BAD day
I previously ordered from them and my sandwich I was excited to try wasn’t made correctly which can sometimes happen at a restaurant like this. However, what made me give them five stars is the attitude I receive every time I come through the drive through and even the response I was given when voicing my displeasure. I’ve come to this Dunkin almost every single day since moving to the area and only one time did my order not meet expectations, but every-time the customer service was on point. My favorite Dunkin so far. Thank you everyone who works here.
The restaurant could use significant renovations. The parking lot is in poor condition, and the interior is not inviting enough to stay for more than 10 minutes. It was quite cold inside, and the furniture could use an update. However, the donuts and coffee are quite good. I would recommend either using the drive-thru or skipping the place altogether. On a positive note, the staff is friendly.
LEAKY CUPS THE STAFF DESERVES TEN STARS!! BUT I HAD TO DEDUCT FOR THE FRKN LEAKY LIDS/CUPS!! I do not recommend this restaurant. They got my order wrong, and the coffee tasted terrible. The manager should consider letting some employees go, as they seem to spend more time chatting and playing in the back than focusing on their work.
Tried to go there at 5pm store was closed no around, even tho the store hours say that they are open until 9pm. Honestly it's not a bad place but when you have customer show up because you didn't put your hours right that's an issue
I ordered two donuts for my son, and unfortunately, I found a black hair inside one of them, while the other had hair on top. My son is blonde, so this was particularly upsetting. I'm really disappointed.
We didn't start out very well but the manager corrected it and completely re did both my orders and made everything the way it was suppose to be made.. in the end very happy. Will definitely go back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Dunkin is alright, but it's not for me. I ordered matcha tea and it had too much tea mix or the tea mix was old and it tasted like algae a bit. The doughnuts are fresh though.
