I had a terrible experience at the Dunkin' Donuts on Richmond Avenue near Amboy. I specifically requested no ice in my tea, but they wanted to charge me extra for that. It's disappointing, and I truly hope a supervisor or manager hears about this because I’d like to talk to them. This location is the only one that gives me trouble regarding no ice. They’ve also stopped providing lemon, so I have to bring my own from home. This situation is frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend going to this store—I've even been yelled at there.
The restaurant was exceptionally dirty. Right from the beginning, the staff displayed a very unwelcoming attitude towards customers. I ordered a coffee and a dozen donuts for my kids, but when we got home and opened the box, we were horrified to discover not just one, but two cockroaches crawling out. Given the poor management, negative customer service, and unsanitary conditions, I will definitely not be returning to this establishment.
I was really disappointed with my experience at 3845 Richmond Avenue. Twice this week, they prepared an order through Grubhub for an extra-large tea, light and sweet, but both times I received coffee instead, even though the cup was labeled correctly. It's frustrating because this seems to happen frequently. Fortunately, Grubhub issues refunds for their mistakes, but honestly, how difficult can it be to make a cup of tea?
Absolutely filthy. First of all the staff has an attitude with their customers! I ordered a coffee and a dozen donuts for my children. When we got home and opened the box, not one but two cockroaches came out of the box. With poor management, poor attitude and lack of cleanliness, I will never step foot into that store again

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I stopped by at 10:30 on Saturday, August 13, 2022, and ordered four coffees. The woman who took my order had an unfriendly tone, as if I was bothering her. This was my last visit to this unkempt establishment; the place was absolutely filthy.
I get coffee from this place every weekend, and they never fail to disappoint with their coffee. I order through the app, and my order is typically ready in about two minutes. Occasionally, I’ve had to wait longer than five minutes when the store is busy, but that’s to be expected.

I order here frequently before jumping on the bus and my order is always ready just about every time. Also my order has always been correct and the staff is very nice. I appreciate them.

This is one of my favorite Dunkin' Donuts locations! I've never experienced any issues here. The customer service is outstanding, and the service is fast!
The servers were extremely nice and accommodating since it was a Saturday, which was busy and we ordered last minute 2 box of Joe's.
