Just moved to the area recently and decided go redeem my free beverage and the cashier tells me I have to pay sixteen cents. I said why do I have to pay sixteen cents, it 's a free beverage. She said it 's because you have to pay extra for the French vanilla swirls. I said I never had to pay when using a FREE beverage. She said it 's not me it 's the computer . I said I 'm not paying sixteen cents and I had to cancel the order. She refused to accommodate me. This is unprofessional service. Won 't be going back to this one again. The one on Austin street is MUCH Better.
Whether I order through the app or in person, the service here is consistently quick and accurate. They usually have the Jelly Munchkins available, which is hard to find at other locations! I much prefer this spot over the one on 71st and Continental Avenue at 67th Avenue Queens Blvd. The staff here is friendlier, the place is cleaner, and the coffee doesn’t have that burnt aftertaste... at least for now! Please don't ever change this location. The short, accessible ramp makes it really convenient for moms like me to bring in a stroller.
I've been ordering this dunkin since I went to the neighborhood a month ago. I never had problems at first. coffee was always at the place. lately they have forgotten things and made the coffee wrong. I order on the app and if they have nothing, they simply replace it with something else without asking. the employees were always nice when I would go to the facility, but it is not hard to look at what the customer demands. mindfulness would be very appreciated
I visit this Dunkin' almost every day, and I have to say the staff, a gentleman and a lady, are incredibly friendly and courteous. Not a single day goes by without them welcoming me and my family with big smiles! They also do an excellent job of keeping the place clean and checking in on customers. Great job!

Every other day I stop by this Dunkin'. The man and the lady working here are very nice and polite. There is no day they do not recieve me and my family with a big smile! They also do a great work at keeping the place cleaned and attending clients. Well done!
I'm a somewhat regular customer. On Christmas morning, I ordered half a dozen donuts and a few drinks, but only ended up eating one donut. It was a nice little “gift.” The staff is always friendly.
Bad service! Discourteous! No respond when asking when the order done since I waited for 15 mins. Terrible staffs!!! Don’t know why the owner keeps this kind of staffs in the store!!

The most standard issue, serviceable Dunkin you can imagine. You will get decent coffee, albeit at a price higher than a typical bodega.
