I've never had an issue here until today. I was at the drive-thru window and one of the employees used me to tease his friend who also worked there. I am not offended by it, because I am used to it. However, I've known some women to be very embarrassedand upset by things like this. If they keep behaving inappropriately with customers, someone is going to have their feelingshurt. It is unprofessional.
This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts locations. They consistently provide excellent service and everyone is always so friendly and kind. I've never had an issue with my orders, nor have I encountered any bad attitudes. Whenever I get the chance, I choose to go there. Thank you, everyone—you truly are the best!
When I arrived, the restaurant was incredibly hot and messy. The icing on the donuts had completely melted, which was quite off-putting. I really wish I could show a photo of it. On top of that, the breakfast sandwich was burnt. I certainly won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I had an amazing experience! I was helped by a friendly employee named Rich. The service was incredibly quick, and everything was spot on and delicious. I stopped by because I was in the mood for an iced coffee and a Boston cream donut, but I found out that the dining room was closed. I went through the drive-thru, only to learn that they were out of donuts. This is the second time this month! I'm really not impressed!
Exceptional service! The manager, Taslima, is especially kind and efficient with taking orders. My friends and I visit frequently, and she always brings a wonderful energy! It's clear that the staff work well together as a team. I will definitely keep returning!
This place is a complete scam! I was charged an extra dollar just for requesting my cold brew coffee without ice. Really? I should be getting a discount for saving you the expense of making ice! It's already cold, which is the entire purpose of cold brew!
