I praise this location for being open until 8 or 9 pm. I work locally and its very convenient to be able to grab coffee and a croissant here.The wait times are reasonable and the lines are typically short; I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of parking and the lot has 2 exits. The staff is friendly and they keep everything relatively clean and tidy.My major grievance is that they have limited selection as far as pastries go; they only have 2 or 3 different variety of munchkins, and limited quantities of everything else that's not a hot menu item.
This dunkin sucks. They never make your coffee the way you ask for it. They do not pay attention to your orders. They gave me hot coffees when it clearly said Iced. I think the guys name is Anthony he is horrible. Does not pay attention and then gives attitude when you ask him to fix your coffee. Do not come here I rather go to the small one on Nepperhan at least they pay attention!
This location use to be good. Orders are screened up over and over. The fill a normal cup of coffee (med) 3/4 of the way in your cup. Really? We are paying for a full cup. Donuts are never fresh. Service is slow and the staff is lossy. What happen to the staff who use to work here 2 years ago? I hope they are ok, and if so please bring them back. GET IT RIGHT!
The Original Blend Iced Coffee was enjoyable, but the Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich was overcooked, with the ingredients poorly assembled; the bacon was broken, and the cheese was falling off. Please take your time with orders. If something is burnt, it should be thrown out and remade. The taste really suffered.

I ordered a grilled cheese with sausage because I was hungry, but it was really disappointing. The sandwich wasn't toasted or grilled, and the cheese was cold. It felt like it was just thrown together without any effort. You really need to improve on this.
I attempted to reach out to them to confirm that they wouldn't add too much whipped cream to my hot chocolate, but I was unable to get in touch. It seems like this is their way of limiting the amount of hot chocolate you receive.
I ordered an iced coffee, but what I got was a glass of milk instead. It was mostly milk with only a touch of coffee, and it was quite disappointing. The staff really needs better training.
Friendly service, orders placed were fulfilled properly. Convenient parking. Food and coffee is consistently good.
