Honestly this is the best Dunkin I have been to in a while! The foods always hot. The people so far have been friendly every time. I have gone about 4 times and different times of the day always a good experience. This morning they were busy at drivethrough I was half tempted to not stop bc the line was around the building but it moved so Fast lol I was surprised you normallydon?t go through 8+ cars in under 5 min so good for you guys! I will definitely be going back.
I placed an online order for pickup, but the service was very slow. I stood there for five minutes with my coffee just sitting untouched, and no one offered to assist me. The manager and employees were nearby but never asked if I needed help. This was very unprofessional, and I won’t be returning to this location.
