I've been enjoying the brown sugar foam iced coffee for several days from various D&D locations, but this one was by far the worst experience. The drink is supposed to be just black coffee topped with brown sugar foam, which I appreciate since I can't handle the milk and sugar in other iced coffee options. Unfortunately, they added cream to my drink, making it much sweeter than what I had at other locations. It seems like a straightforward order: black coffee with foam from a can. Proper employee training is crucial for consistency. The staff was friendly, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just one—otherwise, I would have tossed the drink in the trash.
I went for a coffee cake muffin about 5 minutes before conclusion. The unique worker was very tired and seemed like he wanted a quick and merciful death when I pulled out several gift cards, and explained to him how much credit was on each card, so I would have to keep guessing and checking. In total, 6/5 would go back there!
I wish I could go at least one month without getting a cup of coffee with coffee grounds in it. Nothing worse than going to take those last few drinks and swallowing coffee grounds. While most days, the coffee is good, I just cant seem to go too longwithout a crunchy surprise at the bottom of my cup.
