I have visited this Dunkin' location several times since it’s the closest to my home, but unfortunately, most of my experiences have been disappointing in terms of both service and food. However, my visit today compelled me to write this review. The young woman at the window, who I believe started taking my order before a more experienced employee took over, showed very little consideration. She handed my coffee out the window without facing me and gave me a box with a disappointing breakfast sandwich along with only three crumpled napkins. This has been the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. The service is extremely poor, especially at the drive-thru, where it feels like the employees don’t even want to take your order. It seems like there are a lot of young workers, and the place definitely needs some adult supervision. I hope management reviews these complaints because if I’m paying for anything, I shouldn’t be treated with a bad attitude as if I did something wrong. I’ll be getting my coffee somewhere else. No business wants negative reviews, so this issue really needs to be addressed. The menu might be good, but the service ruins the entire experience.
I go out of my way to get coffee at this Dunkin' location because of their fast and friendly service. They offer dark roast, and if another Dunkin' says they don’t have Dunkin’ Midnight, don’t believe it—they just don’t want to make it. The staff here gladly go the extra mile to prepare it for you, and I think that level of service is fantastic.
A man at the drive-thru, whose name we didn't catch, made us feel uncomfortable when he asked to join us. The coffee was also not good. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and we have no plans to return.
