This is by far the worst DD in Titusville/ Mims. The manager appeared to be working very hard but running around made him seem a little chaotic. He kept taking the employees off whatever task they were doing to do something else causing things to delay evenfurther. I placed a mobile order and when I walked in my food was ready but not my drink. I had to wait for a while before Icould get anyones attention. Then when I told the girl I still needed a drink she looked at me like ?are you serious? Therewere four employees and I was the only one in the building and when I came in there like two cars in the drive through. Don't go to this dunkin donuts if your on a time crunch, the new staff isn't organised enough to work the drive thru, it took 23 minutes for me to get 1 donut for my son. The drive thru only takes one order at a time, so you will wait at the order box untilthey are done with the one car at the pick up window. They really need drive thru training on how to take order after order, sothey can get customers done fast. The staff is extremely nice, they just need training. I don't like posting negative reviews because I get everyone has a bad day but the service I just received at this location was beyond words. I'm not sure what exactly is going on but the women that just waited on us were so hateful and rude. They kept rushing us while ordering asking is that it after every thing we said, they refused to tell us the total at the speaker, they didn't give us a receipt, and then when they made us wait for our food and drinks even the woman that brought the items to our car was nasty when we asked if everything was ok. I don't think I've ever been spoken to like that Extremely unprofessional.
I advise you to spend absolutely no money here, the customer service is terrible that they have messed up my whole order when I went to fix it, they were rude and had a posture with me all the time. This D&D Robs without a Ski mask. They 're Bold with their outrageously High Price for a cup of Ice Coffee. 4.48 for a cup of Ice Coffee ????? That 's.0.65 MORE than what other D&D charges for Ice Coffee and ALL OF THEM charge MORE than the price for aGallon of gas.
I know this location gets some negative feedback but I haven?t really had any issues. Have there be mistakes or delays, yes, but when short staffed or products are back ordered they can?t help it. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant.
Hit or miss. They run out of stuff like many other places so it is what it is The drive thru person is either super nice or the complete opposite. Drive thru wait is pretty quick even if there is a line.

They don't leave separate commands. Also extra for the smallest thing (extra cream). I'm not coming here. Go somewhere else. They are also extremely slow.
