I just left the store a woman was yelling at an employee with a blue shirt on, her hair had bangs. The employee held her composure as she was threatened to be dragged killed by the customer. I'm not sure if that customer would make a complaint, so I needed to say something stand up for the employee. The employee was trying to explain the policies the customer only got even more upset. Worst dunkin there is. I use to come here everyday, giving them chance after chance. They never get my order right, it takes an hour just to get around the drive thru and the people who work there just don’t have common sense.
