If I could give this Dunkin' location (STORE #310138) half a star, I would. I've never encountered anything like this, and no one else should have to either! According to the app, the store has a bathroom, so I decided to stop by. Out of courtesy, I purchased a donut and a large coffee. When I asked the cashier where the bathroom was, he informed me that it was for employees only. At that point, I refused my order (which I hadn't touched), especially since he hadn't even made the coffee yet. He then told me he wouldn't refund my money. Never get the drinks….. only reason I went is because it’s down the street from my house… Some of the ladies are not clean when handling food etc.. coffee NEVER tastes good…. This is reasons why I hate going to Dunkin …

I just ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, and the girl making it answered her phone while still wearing her gloves. She then went on to prepare my sandwich and another one with those same gloves.

The staff is welcoming, and regarding the food, it's Dunkin' Donuts. It's not the finest dining you can find, but it's certainly not the worst... after all, it is Dunkin'.
