I was really hoping for an improvement after the remodeling of this location. I visited yesterday and ordered three donuts and two milkshakes. I specifically requested the giant donuts, but I ended up with the smaller ones instead. I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication, but after I placed my order, the cashier left to make coffees for someone else, and another employee took over. When she informed me of my total, I reminded her about the two milkshakes as well. I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and asked about their oatmeal. The cashier confirmed it was available, so I ordered a large. To my surprise, it was served in a large coffee cup. I thought they might be out of larger containers, which I didn't mind at first. However, when I got home and opened it, I was shocked to find it was just a murky liquid—no oatmeal at all, just cloudy, white water. I was really disappointed. It’s not just about the cost; it felt like I was being served something that resembled dirty dishwater. This experience has definitely changed my perception of Dunkin' Donuts, and I’ll only be returning to get my money back. I refuse to pay for such a complete letdown.

I don’t visit this Dunkin' Donuts often, so my experience might not be typical. However, I went there a few weeks ago to get a half-dozen donuts and found very limited options. It was late in the afternoon, almost evening, and it appeared they may have faced a rush from nearby businesses. Whatever the reason, the selection was nearly depleted when I placed my order, and there was only one other customer in the store. The cashier was very friendly, and I didn’t have any issues in that regard. Overall, I’m unlikely to return to this location.

The frozen drink was disappointing, so I ultimately decided to discard it. Furthermore, I was unhappy to see the staff handling the donuts without gloves or any type of paper. This was quite disappointing to me.

Great location and dedicated staff. They consistently deliver excellent service, and even when they make the occasional mistake, they always correct it promptly. A+!
Everything was incredibly delicious and freshly made. I absolutely love their donuts and pastries; they were so tasty!
