She offered him choices til he finally decided then my husband and I picked ours. She threw in some munchkins for free. I visited the Baskin Robbins side, and I have to say, the Strawberry sundae didn't quite hit the mark. The strawberries were frozen, which made them taste watery when I chewed them. Instead of the usual chopped nuts, they offered almonds and walnuts, which was a bit surprising. The biggest issue for me was the lack of strawberry syrup or glaze—not the chocolate sauce type, but the sweet marinade that strawberries typically soak in. It honestly felt like I could have bought strawberries from the grocery store, frozen them for a bit, and added a couple of scoops of ice cream.

I visited this afternoon to address a concern regarding an issue with their employee hiring system. My wife was unable to secure a job at another Dunkin' because their records indicated that she had been fired from the Dunkin' in Clayton. Although I was mistaken about the location, I tried to remain respectful throughout the discussion. Additionally, this location was previously involved in circumstances that negatively impacted my wife's job opportunities.

I'm baffled as to how this location is still in business. The last time we used the drive-thru, we waited an eternity just to place our order and then another 15 minutes to receive our food at the window, even though there was no one ahead of us and no one inside.
Today, my husband and I decided to go inside after that disappointing experience. We waited 15-20 minutes just to order, despite only one person being in line ahead of us. The employees seemed more interested in gossiping with each other than in taking or preparing orders. They weren't understaffed either; there were about six employees by the drive-thru, clearly not engaged in their work.

The doors were locked and only had to use the drive, nor were there any signs posted somewhere. You said they had to close the doors at 6:00, why? We came back into our vehicle and drilled the drive. My hot coffee was far from being hot, it was lukewarm. Husband said his coffee was fine, but was not considered hot. He got 2 donuts to eat and they smeared old donuts like day. This is the first time we've been since Covid and I understand that places just have to drive, but it's all day drive thru and not just after a certain time. A Krispy Kreme would open up in the Clayton area.
Takes a long time to be acknowledged before you're able to place an order. The variety of donut selection isn't great. Most of the time they aren't even labeled so you have to wait to get someone's attention to ask what each donut is. Labelling them in the first place would save everyone some time. I don't know how long the donuts are allowed to stay out but based on a previous visit that number should be shortened.
Although I've never dined in, my experiences with the drive-thru have always been excellent. My orders have never been mixed up, and the ice cream coffee I usually get is prepared swiftly. If you're deciding between Starbucks and Dunkin', I recommend giving this place a try!
This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts location... great food and coffee but what makes this my favorite store are the excellent employees and staff. Always friendly and always professional ... I don't have any regrets spending more than $300 a month here lol

Half the munchkins were hard as rocks. I ordered more pumpkin doughnuts than anything else only to get a note on the box that they were out of pumpkin. So half my half dozen were duplicates or random. Just cancel my order if you cant do any better.
The ice cream here is absolutely delicious! My son Joey really enjoyed the dunking donuts!
