The owner or general manager of the establishment was incredibly rude and condescending. She made my drink incorrectly, and when I pointed out that it didn’t taste like a peppermint mocha but just like mocha, she became upset when I asked for a remake. I purchase 4-5 drinks from this location and the one on Osceola every day, so I know what my drink is supposed to taste like. Then she made a remark implying that white people always want something for free, even though she is Hispanic and I am in MY own country. I've come here consistently for years. The staff is usually polite and never rude. My biggest issue with the service here, is that the wait times can be extensive. There are times where I'd had to wait over 15 minutes in line before.. this place gets busy. Its honestly a toss up every time I come whether Its going to be a wait. Also many times they don't have certain toppings or ingredients for their ice cream and it gets annoying. Like it's a consistent thing. And their hash browns are like never crispy enough.. usually in the middle it's mushy/soggy. Don't know why.. Also this place charges for cups of water, even if you've made a purchase. Which is kinda annoying.
Horrible service. 11/7/22 morning I was told I cannot add creamer into my cappuccino because it?s made with milk. I order from here minimum 6 coffee a day for the business and I always get my coffee the same. She then proceeded to tell me making MY coffeebroke her creamer machine. Sweety that creamer machin drops creamer put it doesn?t go into the coffee cup and make contact. Tothen tell me she will not make my coffee with creamer. Congrats you lost a loyal customer.
I used to love this place since it?s pretty close to my home but i rather now drive further and get better quality of donuts than buying it in this place. They barely apply any frosting to the chocolate frosted and vanilla frosted. When i ask about it they just said that?s how they come. I?m a huge Dunkin fan so i drive to another one with better donuts!

I've never been to a better Dunkin location. Every day I come in, the employees know me by name and let my order imprint. The manager is one of the best I ever know. She is so friendly and sweet, although some of the customers in this place can be terrible. She still treats her with Poise and Grace. ALWAYS will be my favorite place.
Donuts on top of counters everywhere just unacceptable didn't look to sanitized get donuts there at your own risk employess with no gloves on picking up the ice cream cones and donuts ???????
I had to travel way out of my zip code but they had my world class chocolate and hot fudge. Perfect experience. Every other other store was out of one thing or the other and I tried 3!
This place is great overall!, the food and service are great. The interior is comfortable eating also tastes dessert, I recommend this place very and yes you have WI FI??

I'm just coming for ice cream, but their breakfast sandwiches are good. You still have the 2 prepacked containers of ice for $10. Jamoca Mandel fudge is my favorite!
I love this place. Donuts and coffee are always fresh. We'll get out of our postal code to get here.
