Stopped in at 7:10 a.m. to pick up a box of coffee, munchkins, and chocolate croissant. The store was not overly busy, and the wait time to place an order was less than 5 minutes. The counter person immediately took the order of the person in front of me but seemed to take a longer time addressing me. After placing the order, I waited almost 15 minutes off to the side before returning to the main counter. The counter person said she was getting my order, which she then started assembling. It appeared as though she had forgotten. She said the croissant was in the bag, but as I was placing napkins in the bag, I did not see it. I returned to ask her, and she again said it was in the bag. The Pumpkin or The Cake flavored signature iced coffees wasn't as good as usual last time I went. Don't get coffee with sprinkles in it lol just don't. But I'm not giving three stars based on flavor here. My GF ordered mini everything bagels and we were sitting right in front of them for 17 min before she had to say something. Not her responsibility right? Showing more patience than usual, she asked for a refund after 20 mins. Worker stated there was miscommunication which was obvious, but what is more obvious is who's to blame
The guy who makes sandwiches in the morning always has an attitude on his face, looking at each other, rolling eyes when you ask for something, just makes me feel uncomfortable and not want to ask for anything and he messes up my sandwich every morning. Some staff are very nice/good, some just terrible. The only reason I come here is because it’s the closest to my house.
that place did not come again, the one who attended me yesterday a disgusting character as if you do not have money to pay what you want, go in for a coffee and donuts but only came out with donuts because they did not even want to ask for the coffee they gave me , it shows that that boy scared away all the clients

I was denied access to the restroom by the manager, who was rude and disrespectful. Despite sharing the same ethnicity, he unfortunately displayed a lack of consideration. I felt discriminated against for no valid reason, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. This kind of treatment is truly shameful.
The coffee is excellent—served piping hot—and the stuffed mini bagels make for a perfect breakfast. Vegetarian options: While there aren't many vegan choices, there are sufficient vegetarian options available.
No sense of urgency among the staff. You could be waiting 10 minutes for a simple sandwich to be made which is ridiculous for a spot serving quick on the go breakfast .
If you enjoy waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich and an iced coffee, only to receive a sandwich that's incorrect, then this place is for you!

Great place...Coffee was old brewed like morning or so and I could feel that taste..other than that everything else was good.
Employees were eating while serving food and there was no soap in the bathrooms.
