Will never set foot in this Pasadena Avenue in South Pasadena Dunkin Donuts again. We run a non profit Bingo for the senior residents in the area. Two months ago I met with the manager at the time who nicely agreed to give me a break on the donut price since we are a non profit. Today I went in to pick up my standing weekly order. Was informed that the manager was no longer there...the new manager, with no notice at all, refused to honor the arrangement I had with the former manager, yelled at me while I was standing at the register with other customers behind me, was rude, arrogant and I will NEVER give him my business ever again. Avoid this particular store at all costs!!!
This place is dirty, rundown, and has rude employees, on my last and final visit the outside diner area was full of trash, overflow trash cans and tables were unfit to sit at, inside trash cans full, condiments tray were empty, they were out of regular coffee and only had 2 type's of donuts for sale, I counted 6 people on staff that I saw and it was not busy, 2 we're sitting on the counter one was talking to friends outside. This place brings down our community with it's trashy exterior and faded POS. I gave this place one too many chances as it is convenient but no more, please get your act together or get out.
Use your GPS or Dunkin Donuts app to find an alternative. Management and staff are unfriendly to the point of rude. Never a greeting or a thank you. Sometimes not even an acknowledgement that you're there until they get around to it. Have given it several tries because it's a convenient location for me but never again. Even if you can get past the rude management and staff, take a look around. Run down and not clean. Surprised DD corporate let's them get away with it. Good help is hard to find and every place is short staffed but consistently rude and looks run down and dirty.
I keep trying this place to hopefully see some improvement but I won't go back there again! In the drive through there was two cars in front of me and it took over 30 minutes to get my bagel and coffee! Plus the one employee inside was not clean! Dirty shirt and filthy hands with no gloves! And when I opened my bagel it was cold, barely toasted and my coffee was lukewarm! I love Dunkin but I won't keep trying this particular one! Sorry
Ordered the hashbrowns. So disgusting! Got 6. They were so old and nasty that it was unchewable. Tasted and felt like they were found on the floor from 2 days prior. Needless to say, a waste of money since they couldn't even be eaten. The sausage, egg, and cheese was barely okay tasting. The cashier was nice. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast
My iced mocha coffee taste different everytime...no consistency. This week it had no chocolate in it at all, yet order ticket had 3 pumps of chocolate listed. The only drawback is they had one man running the entire store he was very busy very stressed I'm sure but was very pleasant and polite doing all he could to get orders together quickly trying his best to split the time he had between drive-thru and front counter so everybody was taken care of
Avoid this place. They are understaffed and out of everything. No eggs, no tomatoes for the toast. Our order was missing hash browns. When we received them, they were cold and soggy.
